Standard Delivery
• Most items ship from stock via U.S. Mail-Parcel Post, UPS, or DHL Ground.
Please allow 7-10 business days for delivery.
• Items too heavy for Parcel Post or UPS will ship via motor freight.
Please allow 7-10 business days for delivery.
• Tracking - You will receive an e-mail confirmation at the time of shipment
including the shipper’s confirmation and tracking number.

Expedited Delivery
Expedited air freight shipments are available at an extra charge
depending upon weight and delivery location. If you require expedited
delivery a special freight quote for this service will be prepared for your
approval prior to shipment.

Freight Damage
Please do not accept any shipments that are damaged beyond use.
For shipments with minor external damage, open the shipping container(s)
and inspect goods. If necessary, refuse the shipment. If either of these
occurs, describe all damages in writing on the carrier's paperwork prior to
signing. If you discover that the merchandise is damaged after you have
accepted the delivery, contact our Customer Service department immediately.
They will provide the assistance you require.

All orders shipping outside of the Continental United States will require a
